We are seeking a full-time Apartment Showing Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all activities and transactions pertaining to the showing agent.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Create schedule/route for our apartments
Call leads from our tenant standby list
Communicate with incoming email leads
Show apartments to tenants
Communicate with tenants before showing
Follow up with tenants after showing
Forward application results to owner
Act as liaison between owner and tenant until lease signing is set up
Collect deposits

Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent verbal communication skills
At least 2 years property leasing or sales experience
Reliable transportation
Ability to work some nights/weekends
Extremely motivated and responsible

Pay:

Salary+commision
